Location Data: When using RideWatch as a rider, we collect real-time GPS coordinates to enable delivery tracking. This data is stored temporarily during active deliveries.

Phone Numbers: Customers may optionally provide their phone number for delivery identification purposes.

Authentication: Vendors may sign in with Google, which provides us with their email and display name.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide real-time delivery tracking to customers
To enable vendors to manage their delivery operations
To verify delivery completion via stop codes
To improve our services and fix issues

3. Data Retention

Location data is automatically deleted 24 hours after a delivery session ends. Session records are retained for 30 days for dispute resolution, then permanently deleted.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with:

Firebase (Google): For data storage and authentication
Map providers: For displaying delivery routes

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to your data
Request deletion of your data
Opt out of location tracking by closing the rider app

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Firebase security rules, and secure authentication practices.
