RideWatch provides real-time delivery tracking services connecting vendors, riders, and customers. The Service includes:

• Vendor dashboard for creating tracking sessions
• Rider app for GPS location broadcasting
• Customer tracking interface for monitoring deliveries

3. User Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

• Keeping their account credentials secure
• Ensuring accurate delivery information
• Communicating stop codes to customers

Riders are responsible for:

• Keeping the tracking app active during deliveries
• Verifying stop codes before completing deliveries
• Safe and legal operation of their vehicles

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Track individuals without their consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the Service for illegal activities

5. Limitation of Liability

RideWatch is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• GPS inaccuracies or service interruptions
• Loss or damage to delivered goods
• Actions of riders, vendors, or customers
• Network or device issues

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary unavailability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may discontinue use at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
